DELIVERING JOY

Pos Malaysia has long evolved from being a mail company to a courier delivery service company that does no more than ship information or products. With the pandemic going on, their services are not being seen as essential compared to the front line workers. We wanted to take a stance on the values that Pos Malaysia embodies and reach out to the key stakeholders of the brand.​​​​​​​

We chose to collaborate with Shopee and partnered up with 3 different NGOs to provide for people in need. A campaign website was set up to make it easier for people to donate to these NGOs.
WEBSITE DESIGN
Customers can get on the campaign website and make donations to the NGOs of their choice in a few simple steps.
GIFT SET
In return, Pos Malaysia will also deliver gift packs back to the customers as a sign of appreciation depending on how much they donate. Customers donating below RM30 will receive a thank you card while the ones donating over RM30 will receive a full folder set consisting of a Thank you card, stamps, envelope, folder, RM10 shopee voucher.
TV COMMERCIAL
A TV commercial was made to promote and communicate Pos Malaysia's beliefs to the public, while also showing that we can help bridge people together during these unfortunate times with the help of Pos Malaysia's service. 
SOCIAL MEDIA POSTS
To spread the words further, the campaign was promoted across social media platforms like facebook and instagram.
